Our registered office at 122 Pen Park Road, Bristol is strictly an administrative facility and CANNOT receive or process physical product returns.

Unsolicited packages delivered to our Bristol office will be rejected. All merchandise returns must be pre-authorized by contacting our support team at info@grounded-energy.com. You will be provided with specific return instructions and the authorized return address. Please review our Return & Refund Policy.

Section 1 - Online Store Terms & General Conditions

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority and have given us consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

Authorized Use: You may not use our products or services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including copyright laws). You must not transmit worms, viruses, or destructive code. A breach or violation of any Terms results in immediate termination of your Services.

Product Availability & Display: Products or services may be available exclusively online in limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange according to our Return Policy. While we make every effort to display product colors and images accurately, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display will be accurate. Section 3 - Subscription Service Terms

Certain Grounded Energy products are offered through recurring monthly subscription plans:

Recurring Charges: By selecting a subscription product, you authorize Grounded Energy to automatically charge your chosen payment method according to the billing interval displayed at checkout until cancelled.
Cancellation Process: You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing info@grounded-energy.com. Cancellation takes effect immediately and halts future automatic charges.
Cancellation vs. Refunds: Cancelling a subscription stops future deliveries; it does not automatically issue a refund for previously billed or shipped orders. Requests for refunds on delivered subscription items must be submitted within our 60-day subscription guarantee period.
In-Transit Subscriptions: Orders processed or dispatched prior to receiving a cancellation notice will be delivered and may be returned pursuant to our refund policy.

Section 4 - Billing, Account Integrity & Prohibited Uses

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed with us. We may limit quantities purchased per person, household, or order, including orders placed by or under the same customer account, credit card, or shipping address. Orders suspected of being placed by unauthorized commercial dealers, resellers, or distributors may be restricted or canceled.

You are expressly prohibited from using the site or its content:

Governing Law, Arbitration & Class Action Waiver: These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute, claim, or controversy relating in any way to your use of the Service or products purchased shall be resolved through individual binding arbitration rather than class action proceedings, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
