What is Grounding?
Grounding, also known as “earthing,” is the simple practice of making direct physical contact with the Earth. This can be as easy as walking barefoot on grass, sand, or soil.
The idea behind grounding is that the Earth naturally carries a subtle electrical charge. By reconnecting with the ground, the body is exposed to this natural electrical environment—something modern lifestyles, shoes, buildings, and indoor living often limit.
Think of grounding as reconnecting with nature and giving your body a moment to reset, recharge, and feel more balanced.
